Below is a picture of Dodgers' relief pitcher, Ramon Troncoso, in action. This image was taken from the Dodgers' game against the San Diego Padres in Beijing on March 15, 2008. To the best of my knowledge, Troncoso will be wearing #38 on his jersey in the future
Update: In tonight's game against the Cleveland Indians, Troncoso gave up one hit in 2/3's of an inning. His ERA for 2008 is now 7.36. Hopefully, he will be able to lower it even further.
